The Almost Professional Aida Adventure

Go beyond recreational free diving and into the professional free diving world with the Aida 4 Star course. You'll learn about advanced equalizing techniques and how to stay fit for free diving. After a successfully completed course you'll be able to dive to 32-38 meter and ready for professional Aida courses.

The Aida 4 Star course runs over 4 days. During the 3 theory sessions you will go deeper into all the theory regarding deep diving and deep equalization teqniques. Cross training and nutrition for free diving is a central part of the course. You will also be introduced to full body stretching and lung stretching for free divers. During the 2 pool sessions you will train packing, stretching, coaching and how to put together an individual pool training session. The 5 diving sessions in the Red Sea focus on exhale diving and mouth-fill equalizing.

After completing the course, continue the adventure with a sunset camel trek along the beach and soak up that 'Dahab Feeling'.
